Homemade Corned Beef Recipe- in time for St Patty's Day!



 If you have read any of my St Patrick's Day post, you have seen that we have a lot of traditions. And making corned beef is one of them! The homeschool curriculum company, A Reason for Homeschool, recently asked me to do a post about how to make corned beef. I used to write for them frequently, and so this was a fun post to do. And it's just in time for your St Patrick's Day feast! This recipe take 23 days, if you have the time. However, there was one year that I only got the ingredients in time to let the beef soak for two weeks. Just saying that if you want to try this and don't have the 23 days, you can still make it!
