January Give Away!

Here it is, January 28th and I have yet to offer you the give-away that I just promised at the first of the year. Sigh. I always have excuses. This time it was the fact that whenever I decided to get on here and do it, I thought, "Who will care?" Then I would get all grumpy and huff away to do something that actually needed doing. Which is the second excuse, the very real fact that I DO have other things that need doing more than playing with my imaginary friends on the computer. And since excuses run in packs like rabid dogs, here's the last one- I would look at the computer and think about turning it on. Then I would say to myself, "Or you could read a book." And there you have it, Dear Reader, the feeble state of my convictions. But today I realized the month was almost up and when I asked, "Who will care?"; I realized that I did. I will care if I give up on what I said before I even start. 

So, this month's giveaway  will be a set of ten of the inspirational quote cards that I have been posting under the title Live Inspired. They are really wonderful and I will pick some special ones for my prize. And as an added bonus (and apology for my reprehensible behavior), I will also send a handmade Valentine. I love to make Valentines! 

This give-away will be over on February the 11th, so you have 14 days, two whole weeks, to leave me a comment that says you'd like to be entered in the contest. On that day I will print the names on pieces of paper and draw them from a hat. The lucky winner will be announced in a post and will be asked to send me a private email with their address. Then the prize will leap into the mailbox and wing its way into the world, wherever it is that the winner may be! And, it *might* be there in time for Valentine's Day.
